Becoming a Model-Based Enterprise: Getting Users on Board
United Launch Alliance’s transition to Teamcenter/NX and Model-Based Definition on the Vulcan Centaur rocket development program through a user’s eyes.
Sarah Kelly will discuss the agile approach taken by United Launch Alliance and how Model-Based Definition has affected the development of their engineering in exciting and innovative ways. Learn how ULA’s Model-Based Engineering Group is working to spread the narrative so ULA can become a Model-Based Enterprise. Walk through their implementation and learn from their successes and mistakes. Ms. Kelly will talk about how MBE fits into the users’ day-to-day experience and how to empower them to own the new process.
