Alex Matteo

Alex has worked in aerospace, medical, and consumer electronics industries for 17 years in various roles. He has broad experience in managing technical teams, implementing continuous improvements in Quality Management Systems, increasing ERP adoption, and leading New Product Introductions by improving communication across engineering and production. Alex is a Project Management Professional (ID: 2443602 ), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Denver, and an M.B.A. from the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver, Colorado.

From 2012 to present, Frank has served as Director, Work Zone Intelligent Transportation Systems and Sales Manager for Wanco and Partners. He has led development of new products and systems, and has doubled sales twice in his areas in that time. In 2018, Frank added a role as Director IoT for Wanco.
Prior to his time in the traffic industry, Frank was a senior leader and company owner in the solar and renewables industry for 6 years. Frank started his career as a US Navy Pilot and Leader and has split most of his career between Sales/Management in Technical fields, Leadership & Organizational Consulting roles.
Frank earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, in Annapolis MD, and an MS in Organization Development from American University, Washington DC.
