Taking Down Thanos: A Smaller Company Conquering MBE by Charles Culp, Essex Industries
Meeting the challenge through company wide MBE implementation.
Essex was fraught with a technical hurdle. A customer asked for Essex to supply an assembly, based on a Model-Based Definition Technical Data Package (MBD/TDP). Essex chose to meet this challenge head-on and implement an entire Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) system company wide. The process of defeating this super-villain came with plenty of obstacles. The heroes will review how they defeated the short-term customer needs, and also utilized the small company atmosphere to accelerate adaptation. They will also cover how the management overlords were appeased, and how potential civilians (or customers), can best work with small business superheroes to be successful. No infinity stones will be damaged during this presentation.
